How to – Scratch instructions for Vicidial(Vicibox9) on OpenSuSE Leap 15.2

So, I have installed Vicidial on Leap 15.2 and wrote up an instructions step by step and wanted to share it for others to try and make sure it works for you as well. I have tested this on an EC2 instance.
